Accepted quality standards using Dye Sub technology
In our manufacturing process using DYE SUB technology, we strive to achieve the highest quality standards. However, we must acknowledge that certain limitations of the technology can lead to the appearance of minor imperfections. These include slightly misaligned legends, micro imperfections on keycap surfaces, slight blurring of legends, or minor marks on the back of the key, resulting from the plastic injection process.
Unaligned Legends
There is a possibility that some legends applied using this technology may experience minor misalignments of up to 0.25mm in any direction.
Minor Imperfections
Possible minor imperfections on the color spots or on other surfaces of the keycaps (keys)
Light Unclarity
Some legends may be slightly unclear on the edges due to this production process
Other traces
Other marks left on the back side left by drainage channels due to the plastic injection process. These are not visible once the keys are placed on the keyboard.
Spacebar Indent
Due to the DYE Sub printing process, which involves high-temperature processing, certain longer keys, such as the space bar, may experience a slight bending.
